The overall benefit is very okay. Talk HMO, leave allowance, etc If you are fortunate enough to have amazing team members, then your stay will be manageable.
Access Bank is toxicccccccccc; I mean really toxic. I should have known when I realized that we are required to sign a 2 year bond. I have not experienced any other department but their sales/ marketing department is very toxic and it hits the mental health with a major blow. From unfair targets to toxic bosses who have zero respect for your time and life and many more. You have to literally "beg" to go on leave even when you are tired and overwhelmed; you are expected to be very available to both your team and your customers on that leave... abeg, what's the purpose of the leave when you still have to deal with the cause of your stress? Imagine going for the first half of your annual leave in September and your boss says you are not focused enough? Maybe someone from another department can have a different story but their sales team, I don't pray it for my least desired person.
