What does not

Suffered so much in my last year there. Company was facing legal issues but wasn't communicating clearly. They spent months without paying us even after cutting some of our salaries by 50%. Funny thing is when I resigned they tried to convince me to stay by offering me the full salary, meaning they were still able to afford it (and yes I'm certain they were since I was in finance) and thanking God so very much for getting me out of there before depression could finish me
