Hmm, the management rules are too many. It's a call center tho but the environment is toxic

I got the job after NYSC, wanted to give it a try and leave. but I haven't left because it gives me time to do other things. But in all, the workplace is toxic and they keep hiring every month. In addition, the manager is fond of favoritism and toasting ladies
