They pay decent and on time, especially for full staff. other allowances like quarterly incentives, profit share, 13th month and leave allowance. as your promotion is coming, the salary and benefits increase as well
I work in the cost centre, believe when I tell you there is no work life balance, the management do not care about you. You will work and work until you are exhausted and you will still keep working. People leave office as late as 9pm in some units especially as an ABO. in my division, weekends and holidays, you work and you are not paid. Once you get in, you are already looking for another place. The only units that are a bit better are the branches/transaction services and your promotion will be very slow.
Well you mostly get the job through connection but you still have to pass rigorous 2 aptitude tests and 2 interviews. I almost didn't make it. the training school of like 2 months which is hellish but you will survive. basically they lump you with about 40 other people and facilitators teach you for about 8/10 hours a day with a breakfast and lunch break. The good is nothing to write home about. the tea is coloured water with one biscuit. pls bring your food from home or extra money if not you will be slimmer than a sugarcane. they pay you around 80k per month as training stipend. You have to score 65% at least if not you won't make it. Wo it's a long story but when your first real paycheck hits, it feels good.
