What works

You get to learn a lot on the job and learn how to be a good multi tasker

What does not

Lack of respect, difference in treatment between locals and expatraite(Lebanese) once the CEO hates you, you are good as gone, because he will do everything to make your life a living hell.so you have to be in his good books to survive .
