What works
To be honest, the work culture is amazing like a 10/10. You can literally see that everyone genuinely cares about you.
What does not
It’s a startup so the pay is a rollercoaster. If your skin isn’t thick, don’t bother as you will be owed salary not because they don’t want to oh but because they don’t have it at the moment. Another thing is, you are still expected to work despite not being paid…it’s crazy. But otherwise, it’s actually a great startup.
