The salary is a complete joke, & there is zero career growth. If you look at their head office, you’ll see few young Nigerians which shows you exactly how backwards & unprogressive that company is. But you see the Indians working there? They are treated like kings! From mind-blowing salaries to expensive housing, company cars, houseboys, & personal drivers. It doesn't even matter what their position is. Even an ordinary Indian staff who is not a manager gets a free apartment, a car, & a driver, all because they call themselves "expatriates." Meanwhile the sales representatives in the market who sell the products are paid 75k! Monies which should be used to pay people decently are used to sponsor the flamboyance of the Indian workforce. The funniest part is that the company is still claiming to be a "young company" who just detached from their sister company, all just to cover up their total lack of structure, even after many years of operation and endless restructuring. Work style is rigid & toxic, employees are expected to be fully onsite, survive on paltry salaries & endure. Most of the tiny benefits they even manage to offer are strictly for managers. Even their yearly employee satisfaction survey is a big scam. They systematically leave out over 60% of the workforce because those ones are not managers. The remaining few who are actually given the survey are mostly the tiny fraction of Nigerians who managed to enter management.
