What works

Their hybrid structure, free lunch, data allowance, access to actually relate to and with the management.

What does not

Work overload, working overtime is seen as normal hence why the effort is not appreciated. When you are sick, before you can get sick leave, you’d cross through the Red Sea and when you eventually do, best believe your work hasn’t moved an inch, same as when you take a few days leave. Management don’t appreciate efforts, a lot of ass kissing and when you don’t kiss ass, it becomes toxic.

Pay comes in on time, thats the only consolation for the workload

What does not

The flat structure term is a scam. They will literally use you till you are useless. No work life balance here
