Nothing works. First, the founder definitely needs to take a few courses on how to actually run a business or at least work for someone else to learn a thing or two. No systems, no processes, no job descriptions, delayed/no salaries (he declares no salary on months he says “operations paused”), no HMO, no pension, no tax, nothing!
