I feel bad for the lady in this video.
Imagine you paying an influencer £60,000 for a video and the return on investment was £21.99.
I AM SPEECHLESS.
I mean, we usually hear stories of influencers coming for brands concerning payment, but how often do we hear brands talk about their low ROI with influencers? Not that they don’t happen by the way.
But sometimes, it isn’t even the influencers’ fault or yours either. Not all plans and strategies work in business and that’s fine.
One thing my line manager said that stuck with me is; “Strategy is only called strategy when it actually works”.
My point is, it may be difficult to come to terms with but, learn to forgive yourself and move on from plans that took huge investments off you - money, time or your emotions. Matter of fact, for most businesses, only 3 out of 10 strategies work.

Social media never sleeps, and neither does a Social Media Manager! My biggest challenge is I always feel like I have to be “on”--monitoring our accounts, checking notifications, and answering messages or dealing with problems if or when they arise, even when I’m on vacation
