When I was going to have this chat with Nzube Umezulike, she shook a lot of tables that even I was sitting pretty on, and I kept screaming in my head —Even though! When then! Upon Still!

But it’s not just me o, you are guilty of some.

Flashback to this blog post where I really wanted to hear recruiters’ side of the interview experience stories. What I read got me screaming “Mad o!” and you should read it too.

Then, recently, I got a WhatsApp message from Nzube, one of our recruitment specialists at CareerBuddy: “Guy, what these people put in their CVs breaks our hearts”, and I knew I had to fix a call to get all the gist.

CVs are the first object of contact between a recruiter and a job seeker, and many do not go past this stage.
