The Leadership Strategy that Drove Our Community Growth to 200k+

I revisited my saved videos on YouTube over the weekend and stumbled upon this video interview with Raoul Pal, CEO & Co-Founder, Real Vision Group & Global Macro Investor where he spoke on How to Prepare For a Global Recession and Build Wealth in the Process, and his opening statement went like this;

...there are three things you need to focus on, the first is income; income pays your bills, pays your mortgage… without income, you’ve got nothing”.

I would say that for your company, “without a team that can build and grow revenue, you’ve got nothing”.

It’s not news that your team is a high-ranking asset to your company as all intangible assets such as patents, copyrights, intellectual property, brands, and trademarks, are created by people.

Not only do people contribute to intangible assets, but they also contribute to the overall revenue growth which is most important to keep a company running for as long as possible.

But the struggle most leaders face is how to encourage employees to go beyond just doing their jobs to effectively producing results that will directly or indirectly impact revenue - except you run a non-profit of course.

Well, at CareerBuddy, we cracked that code. And as a result, we were able to drive our community membership to 200k+ in less than one year.
